Corporate event production in France – with a partner embedded in the culture.

France is not a difficult market to buy in. It is a difficult market to buy well in. Venue access, supplier terms and production standards all move on relationships, and the gap between insider and outsider is wide.

We deliver across Paris, Cannes and the French Riviera, and Lyon, through French partners we have worked alongside for years. You get one cross-border point of contact, open book pricing, and a local team that already knows the room.

More than a French DMC. We bring cross-border structure to a market that rewards insiders.

Quality is rarely the problem in France. The supplier base is deep and the standards are high. What catches international agencies out is everything around the production: venue access governed by relationships rather than budget, crew working under a labour framework with rules of its own, and almost all of it negotiated in French.

The abundance is what makes it look simple. Insider and outsider terms differ in what is included, what is itemised, and in lead times that shift with the Riviera calendar.

We bring the project management, contractual structure and open book costing. Our French partners bring the access. One brief, one contract, one party accountable.

Where we operate

France gives you three distinct event geographies, each with its own character, infrastructure and reason to be on a shortlist.

Street scene in Paris, France

Paris

Where brands come to make a statement.

Paris does not need to create a sense of occasion; it already has one. The opportunity lies in knowing how to access it differently.

Behind private doors, within historic institutions, contemporary galleries or iconic addresses, the city offers an extraordinary setting for events that require both substance and visibility.

From international launches to executive gatherings, gala dinners and large-scale productions, Paris moves effortlessly between heritage and contemporary culture.

Harbor view with yachts, Cannes, France

Cannes & The French riviera

A destination that extends far beyond the Croisette.

Cannes offers the energy and international visibility of a major event hub, while its surroundings open the door to an entirely different dimension of experience.

From private villas in the hills and waterfront estates to vineyards, historic villages and iconic Riviera addresses, the region allows each programme to move seamlessly between business, hospitality and lifestyle.

This unique combination makes Cannes especially versatile for congresses, brand activations, incentives and private events.

City skyline, Lyon, France

Lyon

The sophisticated alternative beyond the obvious. Lyon offers a different expression of France, confident, creative and understated.

Strong business infrastructure, architectural heritage, contemporary districts and an exceptional food culture create compelling possibilities for meetings, incentives, product presentations and corporate gatherings.

From industrial venues to historic settings and experiences beyond the city, Lyon offers brands something increasingly valuable:
the ability to surprise without compromising on standards, accessibility or production capability.

FAQs

The timeframe varies depending on the size of the event, whether it’s an initial enquiry about a pitch, and so on. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss this; we’re flexible and love what we do, and we always find solutions.

Yes, and this is one of the things that differentiates us from a standard DMC. We regularly work alongside agencies in the pre-pitch phase: scoping venues, building realistic budgets, assessing feasibility.

If the brief wins, we move into production!

We work on an Open Book basis. You see every supplier cost at its actual price. We charge for our time and our team’s expertise. No margins added to third-party costs, no hidden commissions. What we quote is what it costs.

Our offices are in Germany and Spain, but there are always members of our team travelling, so we find the best solution to ensure that the main management is carried out from head office, whilst someone based in France – or who can travel there – acts as the on-site contact.

We work alongside French partners we’ve delivered with for years. You contract with us rather than with them – a single point of accountability, with no separate supplier relationship to manage on your side. If an issue arises on-site, the call comes to us.

The cities listed are just where we’ve delivered most often, so send us the brief and the location. If we can deliver to standard there, we’ll say so, and if we can’t, we’ll tell you that too and where possible point you to someone who can.
