Corporate event production in Germany – with a partner embedded in the culture.

Germany is our most established market. We’ve been producing events here since the late 2000s, ranging from car launches, UEFA activations, FIFA promotions linked to World Cups, and Formula E promotions.  We also run corporate events for all types of industries, from small groups to events with over 500 guests, handling all aspects of the production.

More than a German DMC.
We master the three Ps

Planning, preparation and precision. The German market can be one of the most challenging markets for international event agencies to navigate due to language and cultural differences.

It is not a market where you can improvise or get things done last minute. It is a culture of rules and regulations, where advance planning, preparation and precision is imperative to running a smooth and successful corporate event.

No matter what event you’re planning, we close the gap between knowledge of the German market, and a deep understanding of local suppliers, local venues, the regulations and the professional culture. We know what works and, more usefully, what doesn’t.

The cities we operate

From our first events in Berlin, then progressively across Munich, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf and Cologne, we have established close relationships with local suppliers and a network of collaborators that we assemble according to the client’s specific needs.

FAQs

For large-scale productions of 500 guests and above, a minimum of four to six months is realistic. For mid-size events, eight to twelve weeks. Berlin and Munich in particular see high demand during trade fair and congress seasons, so venue availability is a genuine constraint worth planning around early.

No. French agencies represent a significant part of our work in Germany because of our background, but we partner with international agencies of any origin that need a reliable local production partner. We operate in French, English, German and Spanish.

Yes, and this is one of the things that differentiates us from a standard DMC. We regularly work alongside agencies in the pre-pitch phase: scoping venues, building realistic budgets, assessing feasibility. If the brief wins, we move into production. If it isn’t, you’ve lost nothing but a conversation.

We work on an Open Book basis. You see every supplier cost at its actual price. We charge for our time and our team’s expertise. No margins added to third-party costs, no hidden commissions. What we quote is what it costs.

Conferences and congresses, corporate galas and award ceremonies, incentive programmes, product launches, team building formats and brand activations. We’ve also delivered large multi-day events combining several of these formats across different cities.
